This was exactly the type of pan I was looking for. Heats up quickly and very evenly. You can make 8 standard size French Toasts at a time. BUT. The temperature controller only lasted 3-4 uses (long enough to bring it out of reset) before it broke and became a switch. I still use it no matter what, but I have to keep an eye on it all the time or it gets hot fast.
