Do not buy!: Car electronics
Bad product! doesn't remember all steering wheel controls, doesn't tell you the radio must have a mute wire, or Ford's timing system disables the radio if it's activated. The system randomly turns off the radio while driving. Now I'm sitting on a $650 radio that doesn't work. I've tried contacting Metra tech support but no luck. Amazon won't let me rate zero stars because one star isn't enough for this item.
