Received my product today and like the other reviewer it appears to be an open/used product - gray stains on the outer lid, neither on the outer lid nor under/over The inner cap is sealed (a la "Sealed for your protection"). This is unacceptable and I will request a return/refund. No one should receive these types of products unless they are factory sealed.
