I have long hair that has been colored many times and has suffered a lot. I used to use many different hair products but they only worked temporarily. I wanted something that would heal the core of my damaged hair and thought I would give this product a try because they are concentrated vials. I mixed the ampoule with water in a 1:1 ratio as directed and when it turned into a gel formula I left it on my hair for 3 minutes and rinsed it out. It's really easy to use! I have not used conditioner since using this vial to see results. My hair is much softer and smoother. It also detangles my tangled sections of hair and I'm glad I can just run my hair through it without breaking it! I also travel a lot and this is so convenient to take on board. It fits nicely in a plastic bag and I can just throw it away when I'm done using it. I'm going to Europe this summer and plan to take it with me to keep my hair smooth and soft when styling. I would recommend these ampoules to anyone having the same issues as me. Especially if your hair is colored and you use a flat iron, just give it a try!
