I love how simple it is to use for my team! The customer support has been top notch as well - they are quick at responding any questions i have had throughout our implementation process. It's easy enough that even someone new could be up-and running quickly. There isn't anything specific about this product we dislike but rather just wish there was more training available so you can customize your own experience further than what comes preloaded by default. We're solving problems related to inventory management using machine learning algorithms within Alteryx which allows us to track trends over time of products sold vs not yet shipped. This makes planning much easier because now when things shift around (like if people switch from one SKU or color option) then these changes will show through immediately instead of having to wait until next month before those results come back into view.
