Review on 💪 VIVE Elbow Compression Sleeve - Optimal Support for Enhanced Performance by Chad Siofele

Compression Lite Football

I have several pairs of compression sleeves and use them from time to time for weightlifting and CrossFit (WOD) training. This is one of the thinnest and relatively loosest compression sleeves I've tried, that is, a medium size. I think for hotter days they will be ok because they are thinner than others I have. In a way they are more like bike sleeves (to keep your arms warm) than compression sleeves just because the fabric is a bit thin. I have to say (as in the video) I'm 170lbs and 5ft 11" tall - and I could have used a small one for a more secure grip. So I didn't get much compression all the time. hand when I wear them, but they are certainly comfortable. They are well made though and I will definitely use them on warmer days when I can't stand the thought of wearing my thicker sleeves. Please note that the hand and foot compression sleeves are designed to improve blood circulation, support surface arteries and veins. Wearing them all the time will make you addicted, which is no good. I was delighted to receive this item as a free sample. This review is the result of my unbiased and careful consideration and is in no way dependent on anyone other than myself.
