A family member has been having trouble falling and staying asleep through the night due to anxiety issues. Someone recommended a weighted blanket, and I liked the fact that this one has small pockets of glass beads, so I don’t need to worry about icky "stuff” growing in it if I wash it, and it came with a soft washable cover, so I should t have to wash it! The blanket has helped my family member sleep better, and the blanket and cover both seem to be well made. Good, strong seams, with no gaps or skips in stitching. (I sew, and am picky about things like this). The blanket we got is the 48” x 72” one. I wish it was big enough to truly fit a full size bed with room to drape over the sides when in use, but it isn’t (nor is it advertised that way). And in fairness, if you need to move it around (usenit outside of sleeping), I don’t think you’d want one that big.Overall, I would recommend this blanket. Enough that I tried to buy another for my husband, but they are sold out!
