One of those limitations that I didn't realize until it arrived is that the bracket is now only open on one side. There's a reason many (including Apple) are open on both sides so as not to get in the way of the job and to cover the engraving if desired. I'm not saying that the airbag won't work if one side is covered with silicone, but I'm concerned that it might. I think that's probably why every accessory sold on Apple's website has an air label that's open on both sides instead of closed. However, it looks like good quality.
