I have been buying this product for many years because my back hurts. My only complaint is that given the amount of time I use every day, I typically miss six months of it. I usually have to replace it because it either starts rattling and making a lot of noise, or it shorts out and starts giving off a burning smell. I can't tell you how many of these I've bought over the years. I had to buy shares in the company. 😊 But despite the issues I have with it and despite the fact that it doesn't last as long as I think it does, this massager has been a lifesaver for me. I hope they continue to make it, sell it, and improve it without making it too expensive to buy.
