Took a few days to get used to after using toothbrush and toothpaste my whole life but wow now I can't imagine going back . It whitens your teeth and is gentle enough not to hurt your gums, and somehow removes plaque and food debris stuck between your teeth. What makes your breath fresh. I'm surprised. What I liked most was the lack of a chemical aftertaste, like from a toothbrush and toothpaste.
