Whitening strips are comfortable but they don't do very well in crevices near the gums or between teeth so I like these gels which work great with my Invisalign retainers. At 35% peroxide they are quite strong and seem to result in noticeably whiter teeth after only a few treatments (I would estimate about half a tone every 2-3 treatments). They seem to cause some tooth sensitivity (like drinking ice water), but this seems to go away after a few days. Doesn't seem to irritate my gums. It itself seems on par with other bleaching gels I've used in the past (from SmileDirectClub). What I like best is the precise tip and syringe so there is no waste or overflow. Good deal at $26. In general very satisfied! 5/5 stars.
