The ease of use for new users is great! We were able train our staff quickly with very little training needed at all since they can do it themselves easily without any help from us or anyone else if necessary - we're not even in charge anymore because everything runs so smoothly!! I wish there was more support options such as phone calls but this isn't really something i have an issue about personally unless you are having issues getting assistance when working remotely which has been resolved by now (which means less time spent solving problems). It's easy enough where most people who don’t know how things work could figure out their way around pretty well too- no need whatsoever here either. The best thing about this software is its flexibility and the ease of use. It is very user friendly and I like how easy it is to navigate through the platform. I don't have any dislikes as such. There are many features available in the system which makes it quite easy for me to keep track of my work. The price is also reasonable which is good. I am solving many problems with this application. It helps me be more organized and efficient.
