This is an excellent quality belt. It's strong, durable, has an extra layer of leather sewn around the holes for reinforcement and keeps its shape. It's also the right size which means I bought a size too big. I'm used to straps that are barely as long as advertised. In this case I'm on the last hole and can't hit another hole and stay in the reinforced zone. I will buy another one in a smaller size. Incidentally, another reviewer complained about the stain being rubbed off his clothes etc. I didn't have that experience. The stain is even and permanent - it does not stain.
