The fabric does not look like the pictures. Through revain's advertisement, the fabric looks pretty cool, but in person, looks like cheap camo fabric from some toddler's pajamas. As a former runner, I would never run in these. Also, the waistline itself is quite pajama-like with a drawstring; do not expect a thick, foldable waist. These fit a bit short on me, not sloughie as they appear in the picture. In my opinion, these are like $7 pajama pants, definitely not to be worn in public.
