I bought this orthosis to relieve wrist pain that has been diagnosed as carpal tunnel. I had previously purchased two others from my local pharmacy, one that I loved and one that I hated. This product came closest to what I love. As a petite woman with a small wrist, I really like that the velcro can be adjusted (instead of staying in the velcro loop). It's slim and looks better than the 3-stripe velcro. In general, he met my expectations.
