I received this mirror in hopes of getting my teenager out of the bathroom when he does his 'makeup'. Apparently only the bathroom has enough light to put on makeup. I think we have achieved our goal. This mirror is just perfect for things like applying makeup (according to my teenager). When unpacking, the mirror turned out to be much larger than I expected from the photos. Each of the three panels is about a foot wide. Mounted on the back of the door, it can take up the entire width depending on how you angle the panels. This gives a lot more mirror surface area than I expected. I was pleased that the light is also easily dimmable to control just the right amount of light. High settings are pretty intense. The adjustable hanger works well on the back of the door and has plenty of reach to lower the mirror for short people. It's nice to have mounting hooks with me when my teen finds a permanent spot for a mirror. Door hooks do not allow you to close the door. But it can also hang on existing hooks on the back of the door and still be height adjustable. Overall I'm very happy with the features and quality of this mirror and may now have to listen to fewer arguments about kids fighting over bathroom time. BEST FEATURE!
