My silicone strap started to deteriorate after about three months so I bought this stainless steel strap like I had on my old Fitbit and loved it. Well, first of all you have to have good hand-eye coordination to change it, which I don't have. My husband was good at things like this until he almost lost his sight a few months ago so I took him to FIVE places to find out how to fix it. One said no, two were closed, the other said no but directed me to whoever finally did. Well, then there is a setup problem. Simply put, that's another problem, so I wear it loose and just fasten it. Luckily this still works, but please, Fitbit, come up with something simpler!
