I'm glad I bought this product despite a decent amount of bad reviews because it turns out you all can't read instructions. All the videos I watched were all missing parts (didn't reassemble them properly after cleaning for use), no wonder they don't work. I mean oh. Make sure you put all the blue caps back on the pump and water pressure valve on top. This is a good product. The only complaint is that it's a bit noisy, but you can find the right stream where it's not too loud with a decent stream.
