I am an older woman. I use this baby shampoo to wash my eyes, hair, whole body and CPAP. I wash my eyes with it to make sure I don't have blepharitis. It makes my gray hair very soft and shiny. As a body wash, it softens the skin. It's winter now and I haven't had to use a body moisturizer. I wash my CPAP mask and hose with it. The smell, reminiscent of lavender, is more bearable than the smell of baby shampoo. Highly recommended for connoisseurs!
