I like that it is very easy to manage my entire business with this software, plus you can add new clients without any problems! It's not as user friendly or intuitive compared to other solutions out there but I'm sure they are working hard at making improvements so I will update my review when those have been made available to us. As of now we use Clic & Walk for several different things such as tracking leads/clients, invoicing, scheduling appointments, etc., everything has worked flawlessly. I like that it's easy to use and is a great tool for all of our customers. I dislike that you cannot add more than one contact at a time. I also dislike that you cannot have more than one customer at a time. It would be great if we could add more than one contact at a time or even more than one customer at a time. It's really great for our customers and makes it easier for our staff to get to know our customers.
