Review on 🌐 Enhance Collaboration with Plantronics SAVI 8200 Series W8220-M Wireless DECT Headset System: Skype for Business Certified by Jared Allred

So far I love this headset! I've tried two cheaper headsets before, Jabra Evolve 65 MS and Plantronics B825M Voyager Focus. None of them worked well for me. Both had issues with Bluetooth muting, disconnection, or noise interference when using two BT devices at the same time. I use the SAVI 8200 for TEAMS business calls and it works great. I can stream audio from Spotify to my laptop while also on a conference call. I can also switch to using the headset over BT with my personal iPhone. Just in case it helps anyone else, I've had no problems using DECT radio with this headset. With other headsets using BT with a USB adapter, I found the audio to be glitchy. This headset uses a base station that connects to my laptop with a USB cable. The base station then communicates with the headset via DECT. The base station communicates with my iPhone via BT, which works great. I'm also pleased with the level of customization available through the base station hardware settings and Plantronics Hub software.
