I bought the fan on April 11th, my house was renovated a bit before I moved in and I just installed the fan. The installation process was quite easy, it took me a while to activate the application process as the remote wasn't working properly and I finally turned on the fan and it made a grinding noise, not very loud but it's still around $300- Fan. I love the fan, it's very beautiful, the light is very bright and the fan has multiple speeds for airflow, and now that I've set up the app, it's working fine with the fan. Is there a remedy for scratching? The fan has never been opened to this day, the box has always been installed correctly and I have never dropped or bumped the fan. Please help!
