I still give it a pretty good rating even though I sent it back. Good design, good quality in many ways. My only real complaint and the reason I returned it is that I didn't charge through my Otterbox and didn't even register that the phone was in a charging cradle with a case. This is particularly odd to me as my wife's phone comes in a larger case than mine (it's a cheap branded product) and the charger clips through her case and charges. I just won't take the case off every time I want to use this thing. I would prefer to connect directly. Anyway, I think for a lot of people this product will probably work just fine. It just seems to depend on the individual case. Oh and I've tried 4 different chargers of this type.
