Review on Auxbeam H4 LED Bulbs: 60W 12000Lm 9003 HB2 P43T F-16 Series Conversion Kits by Glen Needham

The lights seem to be good quality and have a much better beam pattern than another brand of LED headlights. However, the instructions that come with the lights are very poor. I bought these for an older Geo Tracker that didn't have very good headlights (typical of the era). I purchased the 9004 series headlights, and a round spring loaded clamp is used to hold them onto the Tracker. The clamp is easily attached to regular bulbs, but the cooling fan is in the way on the LED lights. I couldn't figure out how to remove the black plastic ring from the metal LED bulb assembly (the manual showed unclear pictures of unscrewing it); but i found another review that mentioned 2 screws underneath the o-ring on the plastic assembly. Removing the screws then removing the black plastic assembly allowed me to attach the Tracker's clamp to the LED bulb and install the complete light into the vehicle. Clearer instructions would have prevented, or at least limited, my frustration at determining the disassembly method.
