This toothbrush works really well. Almost as good as the Spinbrush Sonic Pro. My dentist hated this toothbrush as it cleaned better than the dentist when combined with the Livionex gel sold on Revain. The current rotary head brush is junk, it doesn't even come close to the original brush as it was bought by hand and hammer and removed because it was so good. Heads are $65 or more if you can find them on any site. This toothbrush works almost as well, but when it wears out you have to buy a new brush. But at this price it's a must buy. Also buy livionex from Revain, have your teeth cleaned at the dentist and save some money.
