I bought two HDMI cables at once and they were the same except for the length: a 35 foot cable and a 40 foot cable. I ran a 40 foot cable in the wall and ceiling where it connects my bedroom TV to the wall box by the bed. There I switch it between my laptop and the DVD player so I can lie in bed and easily use my laptop on the big screen. This 35 foot cable stays available when I need it for any number of applications. I've recently used it to hook up an overhead video camera to a computer monitor so I can easily see what I'm doing for an animation project. Sometimes we take this cable and DVD player to my elderly neighbor's house to watch a movie. This 35 foot cable has worked great so far and its long length is ideal for connecting almost anywhere. The audio and video quality is excellent - I've only used it in 1080p and haven't tried it in 4K. I will definitely buy this cable again. It's inexpensive and very convenient to have a very long HDMI cable that can be used in almost any situation. It's beautiful, durable and works well.
