Review on Acer Monitor FreeSync Premium Technology 23.8", 1920X1080, 165Hz, Wide Screen, ‎UM.QP1AA.P01, HD by Robert Nielsen

A good monitor for the money, in general there are no complaints about it. My only criticism, which is why I give it three stars, is that after almost two years it starts to break down. It was never placed anywhere other than in the box (including all cushioning and shipping materials) or on my desk, and now I'm constantly getting red or white streaks across my screen. In general it's fine for normal use (since it's my second monitor). However, if that were my main or only monitor, it would be a big problem for me. If I had this monitor over 5 years I wouldn't complain either, however 2 years lifespan is inappropriate for this price in my opinion. So if that's the only option within your budget, I don't think you would be upset about it. However, I wouldn't recommend this monitor to anyone trying to think long-term (5+ years).
