I looked at the benefits of Moringa. There are many of them! For example 30+ vitamins, 35+ anti-inflammatory, 18+ amino acids, omega 3, 6 and 9, proteins, minerals, 90+ nutrients, 40+ antioxidants. I can personally attest that it helps improve the appearance of your skin. Now in my 50's and my skin has always looked smooth and healthy but when I press my face in my sleep I notice a few new wrinkles starting BEFORE I start using moringa at night. NO MORE MORNING WRINKLES. It's also not greasy on the face. And taking it orally also helps cleanse your system, so I think it really helps with weight loss. It takes very little to do a lot.
