I love this backpack bag. I was fed up with the shoulder and neck pain from carrying a purse on one shoulder, so I decided to switch to a backpack style. I usually carry my iPad Pro, a small notebook, a large wallet and a glasses case in the main pocket, and then I use all the small inner pockets for various things like my cell phone, business cards, pens, cosmetics. etc. I can even put my laptop in this bag - even with all that stuff. I love all the pockets and I really like the zipper that opens the entire pocket from the top because it allows me to easily get my iPad in and out. I've bought another one of the same kind that has the main zipper about 2/3 up horizontally and I really like this one too, but it's more difficult to get the iPad in and out. I've received several compliments on both bags and people are surprised when I give them a price - one woman said she thinks it's closer to $200. However, the best part of my experience came when I had an issue with loose stitching at the bottom of one of the main bag's zipper guides. I contacted customer service via email and received a response very quickly. They offered to pay for the cost of repairing the bag plus an additional amount for my annoyance and I was told it was covered by a one year warranty. I found a shoe repair shop that also repairs wallets to do the job. I would definitely recommend this product as it looks very professional, is incredibly spacious and is great value for money.
