The thread itself is a bit picky as it is thick and easily unraveled. Once you understand the nuances of changing needles and setting the right tension, this thread is a great new addition to your embroidery! Photo). I've found that the best needle for my machine in this case is a very sharp 90/14 general purpose needle, but I'm still struggling with some tension issues and I'm by no means a pro. still relatively easy to use!
