I bought this to help with the pain I usually have before this time of the month. I feel like it helped my very first use and I'm excited to see if it continues to work! I really do use the most natural products I can find. Of course, this means that every now and then you have to pay a little more. I wish this jar was bigger (I would even be willing to pay a little more for a larger size). That's the problem with many other natural products - you pay more, you get less. But what you get is absolute quality. Therefore, I advise you to use this balm a little sparingly so that it lasts a little longer. I understand that some people might not like the smell of this product because it doesn't smell "girly". Strangely, the smell reminded me of entering a church, like the smell of church candles. In fact, the consistency of the balm appears somewhat "waxy," like that of a partially melted candle. I will continue to use this product and look forward to continued success!
