Really enjoyed the 2 weeks of using them. I bent down to pick something up off the floor and when I got up, one got stuck on the table (see photo - very smooth edge of the table) and split in two. I contacted the support team and they directed me to a confusing and buggy ticketing system. After trying to create an account for a few days, I realized I could just return them to Revain. It took almost 2 months to replace them. The new headset turns off randomly during a call/meeting. I don't want to go through this process again, so I'll give it a few days.
