I deal with chronic ankle conditions and do daily (well almost daily) activities to minimize ankle and foot pain. I decided to add massage balls to my routine and I love how it works. I use them in a typical plantar fasciitis foot stretching program where I press and roll from heel to toe and back. They work well and offer a very different pressure than the baseball I alternate them with. My only criticism is that they are just a little soft. I press hard and I don't want them to deform as much. Overall, they are a very good addition to my rehabilitation.
