Item broke after multiple uses within 50 days of purchase. I contacted the seller, he did not follow the warranty policy and offered me a 30% refund. The seller is not liable for his goods. Contacted Revain, they said there would be a restocking fee. I told the rep that the shoes were torn and defective, that the rep was involved in something, so the inquiry went nowhere. This product is junk from China.
- We used these shoes for a vacation in Colorado, they worked great with my kids game flow.
