Excellent support of Cisco IOS/Ettercap protocol for network mapping and penetration testing - excellent documentation! Support is also very helpful when you have questions about using their products or need assistance setting up your environment. Not much to dislike here but there are some minor issues regarding configuration files not being stored in repository systems like GitHub so it can be difficult to find them again if needed at another time. We use Ettercap mainly as an authentication tool which allows us to identify users who access our networks from outside without requiring any credentials. It's been extremely useful since we're able to easily map out user activity within our organization as well as determine what resources they've accessed over VPNs etc.
