Bought this tablet for my granddaughter. Started right out of the box. Works great and doesn't slow down when loading. Some apps that come with your tablet can be uninstalled if you don't like them; but others cannot. You can only stop them from running. What a disappointment. And the screen is truly reflective, so you can see glare and reflections in certain lighting conditions. But that's the only negative in my opinion. Otherwise I am happy with this purchase and would buy again. UPDATE: This tablet was still working great 9 months later until my granddaughter broke the screen. Since it was still under warranty, I contacted SANNUO customer service. A very positive experience! GREAT customer service and quick replies! I will definitely buy this tablet again. Very happy with this company. 🙂
