I received a defective color cartridge so I contacted Revain. They immediately sent a replacement kit and sent back the defective kit. The second package works great. Half the price of genuine HP remanufactured cartridges. I love that this company includes a postage paid package to send empty cartridges back to them. If they last as long as the new XL cartridge this will be my new way to buy ink for my HP Envy printer. UPDATE: The replacement color ink cartridge was defective. I could only get about 20 color prints. I have sent back and am waiting for a refund. I know there will be some good and bad when it comes to remanufactured toner cartridges; Two in a row, however, I'm wary of weapons now. Excellent customer service. I will try them again at a later date.
