My cats can be picky about some of these tastier cat foods. But I will keep trying. This food smelled very fishy and everyone liked it. The last really fishy dish I tried they didn't touch. The dog ate it before I realized the cats weren't touching it. This was placed out of the dogs reach and disappeared faster than their regular food which I put next to it. The dog was disappointed. I honestly don't know much about the ingredients, but the maximum ash content is over 8%, which worries me a bit. In the past I've had a cat with crystals in its bladder. I was told that too much ash could be the cause. And while it's grain-free, it has tapioca starch, peas, and lentils. Both pumpkin and blueberries, as well as a number of other meat-free ingredients. Such different carbohydrates. I think it's really good to mix them up once. So this can be added to the rotation
