First of all I have to say that this is NOT a coaxial speaker. This is a woofer/midrange driver. I recently bought 2 of these and use them in the off season when not in stereo competition to replace my Hertz HV 165XL woofers. I just swap them out and swap them out for gigs. To be honest I wasn't expecting too much from them in this price range but I know Lanzar Opti-Drive amps are pretty reliable so why not try them. I was very surprised by their performance. I feed them a solid 200W, from 63Hz to 1600Hz, and they sound very good and handle the power without wasting a second. I'm buying another set just to keep on the shelf for future use. Highly recommended.
