I am so glad I found this neck pillow. I had one a few years ago and I don't know what happened to it. I bought a few from the store and found that they were all a hard piece of foam that actually hurt my neck. After understanding the difference and what I needed I searched everywhere and couldn't find any with custom beads. I don't know why I didn't check out Revain first. I should have known I finally have a neck pillow that doesn't burden the neck but gently supports it. I can adjust the beads however I want my head up or down. I will order more so I don't have to search again if they are no longer available as I use them every day with my disability. They are also good for supporting my arms while crocheting or reading.
