let me start by saying that that I bought 6W cool white bulbs advertised as 6000 Kelvin. I bought them for some new bathroom fixtures. The last bulbs I bought arrived a few weeks ago, they were too dim and not cool white. They advertised Cool White and 5W. They were surprisingly weak, looking more like 3000 Kelvin and 3 watts. I checked the printing on the bulbs and it wasn't a delivery error. So let's get to today and these lightbulbs. The lifespan of these incandescent LEDs is much longer than what all tiny chips use. Chip bulbs tend to give you a much whiter light, but they tend to get dimmer over time. Once opened, I placed one in a table lamp. It's gotten a little lighter. My concern again is that it's nowhere near the 6000 Kelvin color they advertise. Don't expect bright white from them. They are clearly nowhere near 6000 Kelvin. Since they are designed for two small bathrooms with a main fixture using 4 of these bulbs, they should be very bright and very white. I just have to keep searching for the perfect lightbulb.
