07/11/2022 I recently purchased a new smartphone along with a whole set, including buds pro, cases, and glass. Total amount spent: 150,000 I inserted the SIM card, but I did not check the network connectivity at that time. The morning of July 12th, I was supposed to use my smartphone to participate in a crucial conference, but I was unable to do so. The phone's speaker did not function properly, and the headphones frequently lost connection with the device. My work is really dependent on the phone, and it has failed me down quite a bit in the past. Crucial talks were interrupted in the process. I went to the Samsung service center during my lunch break, and they validated the wedding plans. In answer to my question, they informed me that they do not offer any findings. Because of this, the phone was put back on the shelf. Today, July 17, I was finally able to go to the store and ask for a refund on the phone. The response that I received was that the return process is not as simple as it may seem; you are need to wait ten days for the phone and headphones to be inspected. Documentation was written and finalized by myself. What the hell are you thinking, Samsung? Why is it that your customer service centers never reach a conclusion? You are not an oborzeli; why don't you put a brand new smartphone through its paces for ten days? And then proceed to the store, yes? I simply do not have the time to accomplish this, and for one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, I was hoping to get some kind of service rather than a retailer of seeds. A high-priced smartphone that did not perform properly was sold. comparable headphones with similar defects. Please allow me to remind you that the marriage was certified to me by your official service center. And choose not to accept it back? What exactly should I be holding my breath for? Even so, I'd like to get my money back for the buds as I haven't used them. If marriage isn't enough, then why do I need them at this point? The manager of the store stated that it is hard to return the buds if they have confirmed that they are married. Why do I need earbuds if I'm going to return the smartphone that they were originally purchased for? Also, the headphones are terrible because they have a poor connection with the mobile device. I dialed the helpline and got a response from some young women, but they were unable to provide any information regarding the return. Why do you feel the need to utilize a hotline? As a direct consequence of this, I forked over one hundred fifty thousand dollars to acquire a hemorrhoid. I was sent a smartphone that would not function, the same identical headphones, and absolutely no service. And I am unable to get it all back now. Purchasing anything from Samsung is not something that I suggest. An office supply store made a questionable business decision when they decided to sell two pricey devices that were coupled together as part of a single set. With currently available technology, this is not possible.
