Review on 🐱 White Furniture Cat Litter Box Enclosure - Arf Pets Large Box House with Table by April Russell

Not a bad machine but the seller needs to think about the environment and use less styrofoam in the packaging

We have four cats and we bought this as a sample to see if our cats would use it and if it did looks good in our new apartment. As long as cats don't have a problem with it, there was an odor at first, but that dissipated overnight. The assembly was relatively easy - anyone who has ever assembled something from Ikea should be able to handle it. Pros: - looks decent, our friends didn't even realize it was a tray until we told them - good job storing the junk. About 80% of the filling stays in the box - it's pretty easy to put together compared to other furniture I've had to put together. Cons: She looks pretty thin. We'll have to see what 6 months of using our 18 lb cat will do with it. - interfere with the separating grooves. We don't split the interior and these grooves collect a lot of dirt. I would recommend the manufacturer to include extra rubber strips to fit the grooves when not in use - the magnets are a little weak on the doors. Our cats are mischievous (perhaps lazy?) and within a week of putting it together have figured out how to get out by sliding doors inside out, defeating the purpose. I would recommend a latch or stronger magnets from the manufacturer - the cabinet is technically flexible so you can make a hole on either side, but if you don't make a hole on the right side you will have to drill your own holes. for the door to screw. Lucky for us having a right side opening worked for us but fair warning to anyone suggesting a left side opening. Overall, we like the device enough to keep it. We could use another one or two but after seeing the excessive amount of styrofoam in the packaging we won't be buying again until the seller changes the packaging. This is a product for animal lovers who seem to love all animals and want to protect the environment for wild animals. I used to work in furniture retail and you don't need Styrofoam for packaging, it's usually just the cheapest option. As soon as the seller decides to change this, we will be the first to order more.
