I bought this unit because it is compact, modular and can be connected to my existing radio via the AUX socket. The first device did not turn on, the power supply was checked, all connections were according to the instructions. Returned. I have ordered another one. This one didn't work either. I took it to the audio installer, they confirmed it was installed correctly and hooked up the unit from stock to the wiring I had run. Your unit fired perfectly and worked great. Your device was a display, had a lot of abuse and worked well. Come on, Revane, do you sell manufacturing defects?
