So far, so good. This was really helpful, especially for someone who works out at the gym 5 days a week. I try not to abuse it. before it does more bad than right. but I've been using it just long enough to feel brand new. I've heard people have had trouble removing different heads. I haven't had any problems with these, they are easy to insert and easy to remove too. I am so glad I invested in this product.
