Review on 🔊 Audio Pro Addon C3 Portable High Fidelity WiFi Bluetooth Wireless Multi-Room Speakers w/Battery - White: Compatible with Alexa, Computers, Laptop, Desktop, Cellphone, and Tablet by Angie Strongheart

After many hours of careful research, we bought the Addon C3 speaker (based on What HiFi review) to mainly use in the kitchen but also in the playroom. First off, the C3 is beautiful and burly (if you just lift it you can tell it's well built) with a curvaceous Scandinavian exterior. Quality follows sound (Bluetooth paired with iPhone) and I feel like I've been a highly skilled audiophile for years to judge good sound (basic HiFi system including Pliny, VPI turntables, Cary Audio, Modwright, Dali, Wilson Benesch to just to name a few). In the beginning, the C3 never connected to WiFi. We contacted support (email only) and waited over 5 weeks for a reply from tech support which included the same suggestions as the website forum. We sent several more emails and waited a few more weeks for replies, finally acknowledging there was a problem with the unit and proposing to send it back to Revain. Unfortunately we returned the device. We really liked the C3's high-quality sound (via Bluetooth) and sleek design, but we bought the unit to use a WiFi connection and given the poor tech support (here in the US at least) I have a hard time finding it recommend it. Scandinavian company, although otherwise a great product.
