I severed ACL left knee and had 2 surgeries 25 years ago. Learn to live with the discomfort and pain. The winter are the worst. Because of the pain when walking I would get lower back pains as well. I’ve bought (LOTS) of braces/knee sleeves in the pass nothing seem to work. I put this brace on and the pain was gone in less then a week.
