Review on 📚 Lineco Heavy Duty Book Binding Awl with Fine Point and Wooden Ball Handle - Ideal for Projects (870-821) by Kelly Caballes

I just called Lineco customer service and did NOT get what they make. Lineco is a great company and I have always received quality when purchasing their products. The packaging and product number are correct, but the item itself is NOT. It's more like a safe version with a long tip converted to a short one. My ten year old sewing awl is sharper than this one! I didn't even think to read the reviews as the photos and information are exactly what I've wanted for years, but what I got was what others wrote - not at all!. The grip on this one isn't even that good. It "looks" right, but the finish isn't what you want to use. As a result, you get huge holes!
