Things I didn't like:- Hardware feels cheap [the hinge doesn't feel as 'friction-y', drawer handle and lock are meh].- Hinge doesn't want to stay in the open position, usually takes 2-3 tries to get the lid to stay open, it really wants to come down all the time.- The pillows are a little bit too tight, which is great for keeping the watches in place, but feels wrong when pulling the pillows out; almost feels like you're going to break the top pleather grid after constant use.- I feel like they could've done a WAY better job glueing the pleather and the suede lining parts.- The drawer isn't very 'secure' in terms of sliding.Things I DO like:- Looks amazing from a few feet away.- Feels chunky and solid, in a great way.- The design when it comes to watch separation, drawer space.Probably won't buy another one of these when the time comes to get another watch box.

And currently considering returning this one.
