I like this little flashlight. It's probably intended for smaller aquariums, but I've used it at a 40 grower with great results. There are 2 modes controlled by a switch on the back: blue night lights and a bright combination of white and blue that looks very cool on black sand. It comes with a handy clip on the side to attach it to the rim. The connection of the lamp to the clamp is made via a flexible neck that easily keeps its shape at any angle. The clip is designed for smaller tanks and is too narrow to fit around a 40g rim, but it's light enough and works well if you want to mount it on a larger tank like I did. Normally the Beamswork LEDs I use get a little warm, but I've never had a problem with this lamp. It's thick and strong, which is surprising for such a small device, but not overly heavy either. Highly recommended.
